Roles & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Develop detailed documentation including requirements specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in current processes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit feedback and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project-related reports and updates to upper management and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Business Operations sector or similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
