Worked on key projects during my internship, focusing on user behavior analysis, product improvement, and data-driven decision-making through data extraction, analysis, and model-driven insights. Optimized table chat feature by evaluating default (~30/month) vs. user-typed messages (~30K/month), proposing a reduced set from 18 to just 3 dynamic messages to simplify UI and increase engagement (~100x). Assessed user behavior across four FTD campaign phases, identifying 25% churn after failed FTD attempts; recommended optimized mission timing (3–4 mins) and incentive segmentation to improve user acquisition. Enhanced VOC chat summarization tool by integrating 4 LLMs for sentiment tagging and summarization, adding error handling and keyword filters, resulting in accurate, scalable feature-wise feedback summaries, and reduce the time taken to go throughout the chat logs.
