Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using CRM tools and Assured to enhance testing efficiency. Additionally, QA Executives collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and operations—to identify and resolve defects, ensuring seamless application performance. I am a Civil Engineering graduate who has transitioned into the dynamic field of Data Analytics. My journey began with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Recognizing the growing impact of data in decision-making, I decided to pivot my career towards Data Analytics. Through both offline and online learning, I've acquired proficiency in programming languages like Python, data visualization tools such as Power BI, and database management with SQL. These skills enable me to analyze complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. My background in Civil Engineering has equipped me with a solid foundation in data interpretation, project management, and technical problem-solving. I am now eager to apply these skills to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
I completed my Intermediate Science education, focusing on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Hindi. This rigorous two-year program provided me with a strong foundation in scientific principles and analytical thinking. The curriculum emphasized problem-solving, critical analysis, and practical application of theoretical knowledge. This educational background has equipped me with the skills necessary for pursuing higher studies and professional opportunities in various scientific and technical fields.

Work & Experience

This involves validating investor information to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. By meticulously reviewing and verifying KYC documents, I contribute to maintaining the integrity of the investment process and safeguarding against potential risks. My work ensures that all investor data is accurate and compliant, facilitating smooth and secure investment experiences.
An Inside Sales Officer in microfinance plays a pivotal role in expanding financial inclusion by promoting and selling loan products to underserved individuals and small businesses.
